In-Home Support

We'll work with you to develop your skills and independence, so you can achieve your goals on your terms.

What is In-Home Support?

In home support (sometimes referred to as home care) means getting help with everyday tasks in your own home. This can include things like

  • Personal care - Help with showering, dressing, or using the toilet.

  • Household chores - Cleaning, cooking, or doing laundry.

  • Social activities - Going shopping, visiting friends, or attending community events.

  • Medication management - Taking medication as prescribed.

The goal of in-home support is to help someone live independently and safely in their own home.
