  • Privacy and Personal Space - each participant has a dedicated living room to relax in and all bedrooms come with plenty of built-in storage..

  • Shared Living and Support - open spaces for socializing with others or maintaining privacy. In addition to the support provided by us, participants can also choose other providers for any additional supports they may require. Clinical care services are readily available as needed.

  • Convenient Location - close to public transportation, community amenities, and within 10 minutes of Adelaide CBD.

  • BBQ facilities for outdoor cooking and entertaining.

Vacancy Details:

  • NDIS Funding Supports

    • Participant can have either SIL, community access, in-home care hours in their plan.

  • Vacancies

    • 2 or 3 vacancies. Vacancies can be limited to 2 people only, if participants have at least 10 hours a day of 1:1 support between them.

  • Rent and Utilities

    • 25% of disability support pension, commonwealth rental assistance and reasonable rent contribution.

    • Participant will have to pay a fair share of utility bills.
