About the Home

This is a spacious, fully accessible 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom detached home situated on a quiet, private street in Mount Gambier, South Australia. The open-plan living areas give you plenty of room to relax, socialise, or simply enjoy your own company.

The home has been set up with comfort and accessibility in mind, and includes:

  • A fully accessible layout with wide doorways and hallways throughout

  • A private backyard with shaded seating areas and a well-maintained garden

  • A convenient location within walking distance of the Blue Lake and local amenities

Your Private Space

Every tenant has their own spacious, furnished double bedroom with walk-in wardrobe and a private ensuite bathroom.

Support That Works Around You

Being on the NDIS and wanting to live independently in Mount Gambier doesn't mean going it alone. At Trinity Supports, we provide dedicated 1:1 support each week to make sure you have the help you need, when you need it. Our team is also able to connect you with nursing support as required, and we conduct regular reviews to make sure your support plan continues to meet your needs as they evolve.

The shared spaces in the home give you the flexibility to socialise with other residents or maintain your privacy — the choice is always yours.

Vacancy Details

We currently have one room available. Here's what you need to know:

  • Tenant must have NDIS or private funding to live here. Other appropriate NDIS funding may also be considered. Get in touch and we can talk through your options.

  • A minimum of 10 hours of dedicated 1:1 daily support with Trinity Supports is included as part of living in the home.

  • Weekly rent is $250, which covers your share of the home. If you are eligible for Commonwealth Rent Assistance, this can significantly reduce your out of pocket expenses, making it a very affordable option for eligible participants.
